THE CHALLENGE

Taking a luxury e-commerce brand global with targeted marketing campaigns

Our digital social media campaigns raised brand awareness and sales of a new luxury clothing brand across the world. Casablanca Paris website traffic rose over 400%.

WeAgile put together a digital marketing strategy for a luxury e-commerce brand in Jan 2022, focusing on 3 initial markets: the UK, USA and China.

Casablanca Paris challenged WeAgile to build brand equity in these markets, amplify reach, increase website visits and lower their cost per click (CPC).

THE PROCESS

What we did

Audience research and persona development

We started by examining the audience and developed clear personas for each market. We then created custom user journeys for each persona aligned to their individual motivations, which differed based on their awareness of the brand.

Building an engaged community

Another challenge that Casablanca presented for us was to increase their website visits. We started off by identifying top-performing organic posts that showcased the products, communicated the brand story and delivered high organic engagement with their existing following. We then boosted these posts to key audiences, while closely monitoring performance and provided recommendations to refine and improve future posts.

Content creation

Together with the brand’s in house content creators we helped to create blog posts optimised for SEO accompanied by an infographic, which was repurposed as an Instagram carousel post. We then boosted this post on Instagram to maximise discoverability, targeting specific audience subsets.

We also created a suite of email templates that would deliver their database with a healthy mix of value add content, promotions and offers.

Once we had developed a hard-working set of email templates we began developing a suite of automated campaigns that were triggered by how a customer or prospect had engaged with the email programme, the website and histroric buying behaviour.
