Taking the first steps to evolve the property market forever

The mission was to create a global off-plan and new build property marketplace. Blockdeed is revolutionising how brokers and developers can list these types of properties to increase the market size and facilitate the quick completion of deals.

There was no centralised marketplace for global off-plan real estate. High broker fees were proving problematic for property developers who rely on brokers to market and sell real estate. And connecting with investors isn’t easy for the majority of developers. These were the main problems we had to solve.

What we did

  • Onboarded the prototype and ran product workshops to plan its evolution
  • Quickly brought v1 product to market, assessed market interest, and made improvements
  • Supported Blockdeed in raising seed funding
